ABOUT MARSHALL
Marshall Williams is a 23-year veteran businessman and investor. Marshall began his life in Baltimore, MD where he was adopted by two loving individuals at 9 months old. His mom was a housewife and his dad was a soldier in the military. In Marshall's early life his parents relocated to Fort Bragg (Fayetteville NC). Marshall's childhood was a pretty humble one and was pretty much like any other child's up until around twelve years of age. At twelve years old Marshall ventured into his first business.
Marshall started his first business cutting grass for six customers twice a month for a year or so. He took a few years hiatus from any more entrepreneurial ventures after his little grass-cutting business was discontinued.
In his early twenties, Marshall became a manager at a grocery store chain. His entrepreneurial spirit continued to burn hot inside into his late twenties. At this time, he decided to start his first full-time business which was a local furniture moving business. The first couple of years of business was tough with its up and downs. As Marshall worked through the trials of his young business and his business gained momentum he started to look into investing in other businesses.
Over the next 20 years, Marshall invested in businesses with the profits from the moving company from traditional businesses to technology. There were some successes and some failures with those investments.
In 2019, Marshall researched where his next big investment would be. He decided on real estate. Since 2019, Marshall has focused on investing and building the Fetch-A-House Properties brand and Williams Land Holdings. Fetch-A-House Properties now has done investments across North Carolina and multiple states.
Marshall's goal for Marshall Williams Enterprises is to continually grow its portfolio investments into a multi-industry conglomerate.

The company is the brainchild of father-and-son-team, Paolo and Galiano Tiramani. They believe there’s a huge opportunity to lower the cost of housing “dramatically”. They believe the housing construction paradigm is ripe for disruption, as homes are still built by hand. They also believe their factory style of mass production will “dramatically” lower the cost of housing.
